The table is unified in gold and white. The place card (and gift) mug is set with the menu. I’ve been invited to many receptions, but I’ve never had a place card other than paper, so I was nervous about what kind of reaction I would get. As expected, the guests didn’t imagine that the mugs were place cards, and I got that they were impressed about pre-ordering, and I was told that it became a memory of today!
